• The 36D twin-screw extruders with their screw concept are ideally suited for the production of U-PVC, M-PVC and foamcore PVC pipes as well as PVC-O pipes.
• The parallel twin screws are armored as standard on the flights with a molybdenum welding layer patented by KraussMaffei

• Lower material costs through higher filler content in the production of PVC compact pipe, but not at the expense of product quality

Option

For particularly abrasive fillers and compounds with high filler contents, KraussMaffei offers specially protected tungsten carbide-armored screws paired with bimetallic barrels.
